My Marketing Automation Campaign Project was done on the self-drive car company, Waymo. I created a detailed customer journey that aligned with a target persona utilizing behavioral insights to develop personalized triggers, automated actions, and targeted content across each stage. Through this project, I strengthened my skills in persona-driven segmentation, aligning content, visuals, and messaging to each journey stage, and developing cohesive marketing automation strategies.
