As VP of Operations of SDSU’s American Marketing Association, I held our third ever Mentor-Mentee Program. With over 60 participants, I carefully paired over 30 pairings based on goals, interests, career choices. I then hosted our Mentor-Mentee Reveal Night which was a success over 50 people showing up through meticulous planning, scheduling, and creativity.
