As an intern last year for the Vietnamese Association, we hosted and planned our annual Pie-Off Fundraiser. We meticulously thought of the budgets, locations, and alternatives to anything in case something went wrong. We assessed every outcome possible in order to raise the most amount of money for our Vietnamese Culture Night. Our goal was $1200 but we earned $2400 through our marketing and strategic efforts as well as analyzing data from previous Pie-Off Fundraisers.
